摘要
介绍了以磷矿尾砂为主要原料制备微晶玻璃的方法。用 DTA、XRD、SEM等方法研究了微晶玻璃的晶化制度、析出晶相及显微结构 ,探讨了基础玻璃的组成、晶核剂的选择、使用等问题。对其主要性能进行了测试。
The method of manufacturing glass ceramics with tails of phosphate mineral as a major material was described.Crystallization phase identification,crystallized mechanism and microstucture examination were done using DTA,XRD and SEM.Components of basicglass,selection and use of nucleating agent were discussed.Major properties of the glass ceramics were tested,and the application field of the materials was also pointed out.
