Percutaneous Treatment of Senile Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture with Titanium Bone Screw

目的 探讨用钛合金空心钉治疗高龄老年粗隆间骨折的临床效果 ,分析其适应证及优缺点。方法 选择适合的病人 2 8例 ,男性 1 2例 ,女性 1 6例 ,年龄 70～ 84岁 ,平均年龄 78 1岁。在C型臂X线机监视下按特定角度打入 3枚空心钉。结果 平均随访 8 5个月。 2 4例恢复正常行走 ,得到了满意的效果 ,无严重合并症出现。术后优良率 85 71 %。结论 注意手术适应证的选择 ,钛合金空心钉按特定角度打入 ,可获得良好的效果。对于那些高龄老人。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with titanium bone screw,analize the indication and evalute the advantages and disadvantages.Methods Twenty eight suitable cases were selected,there were 12 males and 16 females,the eldest is 84 years old,the youngest is 70 years,the average is 78 1 years(70～84)?Three titanium cannulated screws were drove into with a definitive angle under the monitor of 'C'arm X-ray machine.Results The average followed up period were 8 5months.Twenty four cases recovered their normal waiking and obtained satisfactory result.After operation the excellent and good rate was 87%.Conclusion If we select the proper patients and the titanium bone screws were drove into with correct angle,the good result must be obtained.It is rather ideal method to treat the senile patient whose situations are not good.
