三明市杉木良种繁育体系的研究

A Study on the System of Reproduction and Breeding of Chinese Fir's Fine Strains in Sanming Region

三明市自1974年来,有组织、有系统地开展杉木良种繁育体系的研究,遵循“选种——测定——繁殖”三结合方针,采用“种源——林分——家系——个体——无性系”联合选择,充分挖掘种内遗传资源,建立种子园、采穗圃等良种繁育基地5875亩,生产良种2.45万kg,造林73.5万亩。主伐时,可增加收入达10亿余元。研究结果表明采用早期选择与晚期选择相结合、群体选择与个体选择相结合、特殊配合力测定与一般配合力测定相结合、有性繁育与无性繁育相结合、育种群体与生产群体相结合等多世代育种程序,是三明市杉木良种选育的有效途径,可以大大加快杉木良种化的进程。

Since 1974, a study on the system of reproduction and breeding of Chinese Fir's fine strains has been carried out in Sanming region. According to the principle of a combination of 'selection, testing and reproduction, ' a combined selection of 'provenance, stand, family, individuality and clone' has been employed to make full use of the genetics resources within the species. The fine strain reproduction and breeding bases such as seed orchards and nursery of scion have so far totaled an area of 5875 mu., with a result of producing of 24503 kilograms of fine strains and of an afforestation area of 735000 mu. Thus an extra profit of more than one billion RMB will be expected when it is time of fellings. The research has proved that highly effective ways can be brought about in the selection and breeding of Chinese Fir's fine strains in the region by means of combining early selection with subsequent selection, population selection with individual selection, test of specific combining ability with that of general combining ability, sexual reproduction with asexual reproduction, and breeding population with production population etc.
