客户关系管理(简称CRM)是一种新兴的管理模式,树立“以客户为中心”的管理理念是导入CRM的重要前提,重塑企业文化是推进CRM的重要基础,建立有效的客户关系管理系统是实施CRM的重要技术支持。
Customer relationship management(called 'CRM' for short ) is a new model of management. It is the premise of introducing CRM to set up the managerial idea that customers are the center of management the foundation of carrying CRM to remold the corporation culture and the important technological support of implementing CRM to establish the effective system of easterner relatioaship management.
