摘要
本文报导了7种(品种)蔷薇属花卉的染色体数目和核型,其中1种为首次报导。该属植物染色体基数为7(x=7)。核型的共同特点是:染色体小型,中部(m)或近中部(sm)着丝点,无随体,1A核型。多倍化是该属物种形成的主要途径之一。
The present paper reports chromosoms numbers and karyolyprs of 7 specirs ( cultivars ) rose. The results are summarized in Tables. The chromos-ome number and karyotype of 1 oultivar is reperted for the first time. The basic number of chromosomes in the genus is 7 (x=7). The smaller chromosomes are'm'and'sm'ones without sat-chremosomes. They all fall fall into 1A type. It was suggested that polypioidy is among the prineipal modes of evolution of Rose species.
