外资企业在我国国内证券市场上市是我国深化利用外资政策,促进经济发展的必然,也是我国加入WTO的需要。本文分析、讨论了外企一旦在我国证券市场上市,对证券市场及相关领域所产生的影响,并提出了与之相关的促进中国证券市场健康发展的建议。

Listing the foreign venture is inevitable for deeding the policy of making use of foreign investment and promoting business development in China. It is also demand for acceding to WTO of China. This paper analysis and discusses the impact with the introduction of listing the foreign venture to security market and the other fields. It also put some ideas for promoting healthy development of China's security market
