摘要 In this paper the physical mechanics properties of Piea crassifolia is studied and the significant difference of the averaged timber radius and tangential performance ndices is tested, indicating that Pica crassifolia has such proparties as light density, small dry shrinkage, low compressive strength along the grains, low bend strength, low end face hardness and middle impact toughnass etc, providing theoretical basis for the comprehensive utilization of the water Conserving Forests in the stated areas.
