摘要
研究马尾松亲子代的松脂中几种主要树脂酸的含量。探讨其与实验区组以及家系的关系。气相色谱分析发现,山达海松酸在3—4年生的幼树中很少出现,而母树中的含量均占树脂酸部分的2.39%以上。幼树中的去氢枞酸酸比母树多6.73%,在生理上存在着去氢枞酸向其它枞酸型树脂酸转化的过程。在实验区组间树脂酸的含量无显著差异;而在家系间枞酸、去氢枞酸和长叶+左旋海枞酸的含量分别均有极显著的差异,海松酸和新枞酸有显著的差异。除去氢枞酸外,母树中优树和对照树树脂酸的差别同其幼树中的差别相对应。
Some of main resin acids contents in oleoresins of parentoff spring tr-ees from Pinus massoniana Lamb were studied. The relationship between the contents and experimental block as well as between the contents and families was sought It was found, through an analysis of gas chromatography, that (?) aeid seldom appeared in saplings at the age of three or four,but that it was more than 2.39% in their mother trees. The dehydoabietic acid contents in saplings were 6.73% more than those in their mother trees, and a physidonical conversiom abietic type acid was present. The differences of re-sin aeid contents among experimental blocks were not significant; while among families,the contents diffrences of abietic, dehydroabietic acid and palustric -lawopimarie aeids were extremely significant respectively, and pimaric acid and neoahietic acid were significant respectively. The concents diffrences of (?) acids,execpt 6,8,11, 13-abietatriene acis, between superior trees anb (?) trees of mother trees correspond to those in their saplings.
