摘要
本文通过对我国的农业灾害损失日趋严重及农业保险发展现状的分析,提出了在加入WTO后,农产品价格与出口补贴将受到限制的情况下,应当尽快确立农业灾害政策保险制度以及如何确立该制度的建议。
This paper analyzes the increasingly severe situation in agriculture di saster loss and the development of agriculture insurance in China,and makes some policy recommendations s uch as to establish a policy insurance system under the circumstances that price and export allowance of farm pr oduces is limited with entry into WTO.
