摘要
新产品概念开发是产品创新成功的关键之一。本文对于影响新产品概念开发的若干重要因素:顾客喜好、主观估计的偏差、新产品数据来源、成本因素、可制造性和开发中的环保问题等进行了分析,提出了相应的观点和看法。在新产品概念开发中充分考虑并恰当处理这些重要因素将有助于开发出高质量的产品概念。
The development of new product concepts is one of the critical activities in successful product innovation.In this paper,the authors analyze so me factors which influence the development of new product concepts,such as:customer' s favorite,deviation of subjective estimate,data source of new products,cost,productability and envi-ronment protection.Then correspon ding viewpoints are presented.In th e development of new product concept s,taking these important factors into account well and managing them felic itously will be beneficial to develo p high quality product concepts.
