This article introduces the business conflict and its management briefly,summarizes the condition of Chinese business conflict and expla ins the necessity of Chinese business conflict management ;analyzes the main causes for business conflict from th eory and Chinese practice.Based on t he above analysis fundamental principles and countermeasures for Chinese business conflict management are described.
