摘要
司法公正与效率已成为整个中国社会的强烈期待,在完成该司法使命和目标中,以人为本的管理与制度创设同样重要。激励是保障司法作业活动之管理活动的核心,对司法者的管理激励应当是有效和公平的,此为司法公正与效率的前提。作为持有法学的司法组织为了完成既定的使命,认识、研究、运用管理科学使司法权公正、高效地运作获得管理支持已成为必然。
Judicial fair and efficiency have become a striking expectancy in Chinese society.In a completion of judicial mission and goal,the management and system invention based on m an are also important.Motivation is the core for ensuring judicial operatio ns of managing activities.The managing motivation for judges should be e fficient and fair.This is the prerequisite fo r judicial fair and efficiency.In order to accomplish its established mi ssion it is inevitable for a judicial organization owning the science of law to know,study and apply managing science and with the support from management to enabl e the judicial power to function fair ly and efficiently.
