摘要
项目管理亦称“专案管理”,其核心是对四大要素,即时间、质量、资金和人的管理。本文主要以世界银行资助的基础设施项目为例,以项目实施阶段“四大要素”的管理为重点,说明中国项目管理中的一些经验和教训。
The project management is called the special case management as well,its core is the management of four key elements:time,quality,fu nd and person.The paper introduces s ome experiences and lessons of proje ct management in China taking the infra structure project subsidized by world Bank as the example,taking the man-agement of'four key elements'in execution stage of project as the f ocal point of management.
