摘要
本试验利用新杨州鸡L、I品系,研究了鸡卵球蛋白G_2、G_3两位点在生产性能方面存在交互效应的可能性。结果表明:G_2、G_3两位点对300日龄产蛋量有显著的交互影响,基因G_2~D和基因G_3~A、G_3~B间存在正互作,基因G_2~C和基因G_3~A、G_3~B间存在负互作。G_2和G_3两位点对体重和蛋重无显著的交互影响。
Possible interact ion effects between the ovoglobulin loci G_2 and G_3 on performance was studied in lines L and I of New Yangzhou baeed. The results showed: there was significant interaction effect beetween ovoglobulin loci G_2 and G_3 on 300 —day egg number, and interact ion between the gene G_2D and the gene G_3A or G_3B was positive,but that between the gene G_2C and the gene. G_3A or G_3B was negative.Interaction effect between loci G_2 and G_3 on body weight and egg weight was not significant.
