宜昌市在校大学生医疗保险现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Yichang University Students’ Medical Insurance Present Situation

本文调查分析了宜昌市在校大学生的医疗保险现状及存在的问题,并且针对问题的特点,提出大学生参加各种医疗保险是有效的医疗保障方式,建议各高校要积极引导,增强大学生的保险意识,使大学生参保率达到100%,同时重视索赔工作,维护学生的合法权益;建立国家、学校、学生三位一体的新型医疗保障体系;来自农村的学生可在生源地参加农村合作医疗保险;购买适宜的商业医疗保险;设立高校专项医疗救助基金等改进建议。

This article investigates and analyzes Yichang university students’ medical insurance present situation and some existing problems.Aimed at the characteristic of the problems,the authors propose that the university students participate in each kind of medical insurance is the effective medical safeguard way.They also suggest that universities should guide and strengthen university students’ insurance consciousness positively,causing the university students’attending insurance rate to achieve 100%,attach importance to the claim for compensation,defend students’legitimate rights and interests and establish a new medical safeguard system unifying country,school and student.Meanwhile,many improvement suggestions are proposed,for example,the students from the countryside may participate in the rural cooperatives medical insurance in their source area,purchase suitable commercial medical insurance and set up university special medical rescue fund.
