Question and Countermeasure on the Life Garbage Disposal in the New Rural construction

随着新农村的建设和发展,"村容整洁"的要求不断被重申。广大农村垃圾数量庞大,又缺乏收集和输送设施,再加上处理方式较为原始,因此垃圾处理问题形势严峻。农村生活垃圾问题在其产生环节、收集和输送环节以及处理环节中各有不同的体现,我们既要从根源上提高农民的环保意识,又要在末端上使处理方式科学化,通过发挥政府主导作用和农民的主体性作用,全面解决垃圾问题。

With the construction and development of new countryside,the requirement of "neat countryside" is reiterated unceasingly.Because the quantity of gabage in general countryside is huge,the collection and transportation facility is lack,and the processing mode is primitive,the garbage disposal question situation is very stern.The countryside life gabage question exists in the production link,collection and transportation link as well as the processing link’s respectively different manifesting.We must not only raise farmers’ environmental protection consciousness from the root,but make the processing mode scientific on the terminal,by displaying government’s leading role and farmers’ independent function to solve the gabage problem comprehensively.
