摘要
回族婚姻习惯法受到伊斯兰教法的深刻影响。长期以来,回族婚姻习惯法已经被穆斯林普遍接受,并成为其生活准则的重要组成部分。笔者主要从回族婚姻习惯法的丰富内容,其在现代社会中的积极意义,其与国家法的矛盾与冲突及国家法对其应然态度几个方面来研究回族婚姻习惯法。
Islamism law affects Hui nationality marriage common law deeply.For a long time,Hui nationality marriage common law has been generally accepted by Muslim religion,and becomes an important constituent in its life criterion.The author studies from the following aspects,its rich content,positive sense in modern society,and its conflict with state law.
