摘要
本文按企业对高职学生的要求,提出了对学生的评价不应局限于传统的试卷评价方法,而是应该对学生进行包括学生基础专业理论知识、文化素养、学习生活习惯、自觉性评价、生活知识、环境适应能力、工作态度与能力、专业知识的应用、动手技能、身体状况等多个方面的综合评价。阐述了各个方面的考核形式及考核要点。此种评价方法符合现代职业教育理论和企事业单位用人要求。
This paper is based on the requirements of enterprises for vocational students that the evaluation of students should not be limited to the traditional paper evaluation method,but should include the students’ basic theoretical knowledge,cultural awareness,study habits,self-awareness assessment,knowledge of life,environmental adaptability,work attitude and ability,professional application of knowledge,hands-on skills,physical condition and other aspects of comprehensive evaluation.The article has describes all aspects of the assessment form and assessment points.Such evaluation methods will be in line with the modern theory of vocational education and employment requirements of enterprises.
