关于高职院校引入混合排球比赛的可行性研究

On feasibility of Introducing Hybrid Volleyball in Higher Vocational School

本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查等研究方法,对我校男子排球比赛和女子排球比赛对比分析,探讨高职学校引入混合排球比赛的可行性。结果表明:在我校女子排球比赛中由于排球球体重,打在手臂上较疼,所以对女生心理上造成了一定的压力和恐惧感,比赛得分大部分来自于发球,比赛观赏性和娱乐性较差;而在男子比赛中,由于男生的动作比较粗糙,容易出现持球,低年级男生以前接触排球较少,没有上过系统的排球课,比赛缺乏一定的观赏性。引入混合排球比赛能够弥补高职学校男子和女子排球比赛的不足之处,从而提高比赛的观赏性,激发学生积极参加排球运动。

Using literature,interview,questionnaires and other research methods,this article carried on comparative analysis to our school men volleyball and women volleyball competition,probed into the feasibility of introducing hybrid volleyball in higher vocational school.The results showed that,in my school women volleyball competition,because the volleyball is heavy,easily hits hurt on the arm,therefore creates certain pressure and the sense of fear.The competition scores mostly come from the serve,poor game viewing and entertainment,while in the men’s competition,the boys act a bit rough,the ball prone,low-grade boys played volleyball little,not attending the volleyball class system,so the game lacks a certain watch.By introducing hybrid volleyball the deficiency of men and women volleyball competition can be made up,thus enhancing competition ornamental and stimulating students to participate in the volleyball actively.
