双语教师是双语教育的主体之一,师资是关键,师资队伍的素质、结构的优劣与否是制约双语教育实施的关键所在。文章立足于我区双语教师师资队伍建设的现状,深入剖析影响因素以及存在的问题,以期有针对性地寻求解决对策,提升双语教育的实效性。

Bilingual teacher is one of the main subjects in Bilingual education.The quality of teaching staff and the structure of their merits,which play an important role and restrict the implementation of bilingual education.Based on the region’s bilingual status of teachers and teaching staff.The paper analyzes the factors and problems in order to find a solution targeted measures to enhance the effect of the Bilingual Education.
