摘要
DNA疫苗是近几年发展起来的一种新型疫苗 .将抗原编码基因插入带有强启动子的质粒载体,然后用物理方法将重组质粒导入体内细胞,抗原编码基因即在细胞内合成抗原蛋白,诱发机体产生保护性免疫反应 .DNA疫苗是独特而有效的接种方法,实验证明它可以用来抵抗病毒感染和医治肿瘤等,有广泛的应用前景 .
Genetic immunization is a new immunological technology developed recently. By inserting a gene encoding antigen into the plasmid vector with strong promoter and delivering the recombinational plasmid into tissue cells by physical methods,the cells will express antigen gene to produce antigen protein and induce protective immune response. Genetic immunization is time- and labour- saving in inducing cytotoxic T cell against virus and producing antibodies. The experiments demonstrated that DNA vaccine can be used to resist virus infection and tumor immunotherapy, etc. DNA vaccine is a unique and efficient method for vaccination and will have a wide application in the future.
