摘要
本文研究了不同碳源和氮源对 Corilus versicolor锰过氧化物酶分泌的影响,并研究了该酶的部分特性;结果表明,淀粉为碳源,玉米粉为氮源有利于该酶的分泌;在恒温振荡( 30℃, 110rpm)培养下,第 9天达产酶高峰,酶活为 345.2u/ml;最适酶解条件为: 30℃, pH4.0; Mg2+、 Mn2+对酶有激活作用, Ag+、 Cl-对酶有明显的抑制作用 .
The manganesae peroxidases’ secretion and activity of Corilus versicolor were studied that was cultured in different medium containing different carbon and nitrogen sources. The results showed that amylum and cormmed, as carbon andnitrogen sources, were advantageous to the enzyme production and the peak of enzyme production appeared at the 9th day under constant temperature of 30℃ and vibration (110r/min). The maximum enzyme activity was 345.2u/ml. The optimum temperature was 30℃ and the optimum pH was 4.0. Mg2+、 Mn2+ were activators for manganesae peroxidases whereas Ag+、 Cl- obviously inhibited it.
