摘要
从分解炉阻力损失、物料停留时间分布和气体三维流场三方面来分析CDC分解炉所具有的阻力低、料气停留时间比大和炉容利用率高的特性。结合燃煤特点,分别设计了不同的燃烧器安装位置。尤其是针对无烟煤,采用离线型CDC分解炉更为合理。
Analyses to pressure loss in calciner, retaining time distribution of material and three-dimension flow field of gas shows that CDC calciner has features of low resistance, long retaining time of material and gas, and high utilization factor to calciner volume. Different assembling positions for calciner are designed according to different coal characteristics. To anthracite, adopting off-line type CDC calciner is more reasonable.
