水泥工业实施可持续发展战略,决不仅仅限于保护环境,更重要的是节约能源,节约资源。因此,新世纪水泥回转窑的燃烧技术和装备,必将是节能型的、环保型的、资源利用型的。论述了水泥回转窑燃烧技术和装备的现状、差距及对策,提出要高度重视燃料燃烧系统工程的完善,并大力推广利用地方燃料资源的新型燃烧技术和装备,才能使水泥回转窑优质、高产、低耗,跃上一个新的台阶。

Sustainable development strategy for cement industry will not be limited in environmental protection, while energy saving, resource saving are more important indeed. Therefor, burning technique and device to cement rotary kiln in new century must be energy saving type, environmental protective type and resource utilizing type. In this paper, present situation, problems and relative countermeasures are discussed. For better quality, higher productivity and lower consumption in cement production, more attention must be paid to perfect burning system, to promote new burning technique and device which can make full use of local fuel resources.
