摘要
仲裁持续发展与学习有着密切关系。本文从仲裁学习的含义、动机、内容以及方法四个方面,运用建构主义学习理论对两者的关系作了较为深入的分析。
The career of arbitration will not develop without the study relative with arbitration. The author uses the tool of construcivism to analyze the relationship between them from four points of view,the concept of the study relative with arbitration study,the motivation of it,the content of it and the method of it.
