摘要
The existing arbitration systems of Mainland and Macao are formed in recent years,and have certain relationship in history. With the agreement on establishing more imitate economy and trade connection between Mainland and Macao being signed on Oct. 17,2003,the economy and trade intercourses between them will become more frequent,and civil and commercial disputes will increase correspondingly. So it is significant to compare the arbitration systems between them for promoting the formation of more imitate economy and trade connection between Mainland and Macao.
