摘要
仲裁庭的组成在仲裁程序中具有十分重要的地位,直接关系到仲裁裁决的质量。本文结合我国的立法与实践探讨了仲裁机构指定仲裁员时当事人利益的保护、名册制、被指定仲裁员接受指定、仲裁庭组成阶段可能出现的拖延程序的情况等几个有关仲裁庭组成的问题。
The formation of the arbitral tribunal which decides the quality of the award is very important in the whole arbitration. This article discusses some problems relating the formation of the arbitral tribunal and comment on the concerned legislation and practice of our country.
