摘要
本文从可适用性、适用途径、解决的法律问题、适用规则及其冲突对策等方面对现代商人法在国际商事仲裁中的适用问题作了较为全面的分析。
From the aspects of applicability, modes of application, legal issues resolved, rules of application and counter measures to conflicts, etc., this article has conducted an overall analysis on the issue of application of Lex Mercatoria in international commercial arbitration.
