《中华人民共和国仲裁法》(以下简称《仲裁法》)对我国仲裁制度的发展带来了深刻的影响。本文对《仲裁法》实施后我国仲裁制度所取得的成就进行了简要的梳理,对存在的问题进行了客观的分析,同时对我国未来仲裁制度的发展和走向提出了自己的思考。
