关于修改《仲裁法》的几个基本问题

修改完善《仲裁法》对促进我国仲裁事业的快速健康发展,更好地发挥仲裁制度服务经济、社会发展及促进和谐社会建设具有重要意义。为确保《仲裁法》修改取得良好效果,本文对《仲裁法》修改中应予注意的六个基本问题进行了论述。

Modification of arbitration law is of great significance for the development of arbitration in China and makes arbitration contribute more to economy and establishment of a harmonious society. This paper addresses six basic problems in modification of arbitration law for a better new arbitration law.
