The emergence and development of the internet,has induced huge influence on every aspects of the human social life.At the same time,internet also impacts and brings some changes to arbitration,which is a kind of dispute resolution system,in the following three aspects:firstly,the emergence of website has provided a broader platform for propaganda,promotion and education; secondly,along with the development of the internet and electrical commerce,the electrical commerce dispute has become a brand-new type of dispute,and it has put forward new challenges for arbitration ; thirdly,with development of network technology,arbitration on line becomes feasible,and the internet has created an entirely new way for arbitration.This article focuses on these three aspects of a specific elaboration.
