摘要
随着网络技术的发展,仲裁机构也开始在网上尝试一种新的仲裁方式——网上仲裁。网上仲裁的出现不仅是在形式方面需要对传统仲裁进行突破,而且更需要人们深入研究仲裁法律制度所面临的新课题,包括网上仲裁的形式要求、仲裁地、承认与执行等法律问题,以及网上仲裁是否适用现有的国内和国际仲裁法律制度。
With the development of Internet Technology,arbitration instiution attempts to a new method of arbitration on Internet-arbitration on line.The emergence of online arbitration is not just a breakthrough as to form.It requires people to understand new problems that existing arbitration legal system is to be faced.They are the form of online arbitration agreement;the location of online arbitration;recognition and enforcement;the application of existing internal and international arbitration legal system in the background of online arbitration.
