在线仲裁,作为在线争议解决机制的重要组成部分,在互联网技术迅猛发展和电子商务这种新的经济运行方式引发一系列生产关系变革的情形下,其正发挥着越来越重要的纠纷解决功能。本文以在线仲裁的基本概述为出发点,在分析在线仲裁现状及其与传统仲裁关系的基础上,对在线仲裁产生的基础进行解析,进而以在线仲裁具体程序为依据,对在线仲裁可行性进行法律分析。

On-line arbitration,with the high development of Internet technology and E-commerce, has played more and more important role in solving on-line disputes.On the basis of concept of On-line Arbitration and difference between On-line Arbitration and traditional arbitration,then,according to the concrete procedure of On-line Arbitration,this article analyses the feasibility of On-line Arbitration.
