摘要
本文把新制度经济学的关于机会主义的研究范式应用于社会(组织)制度变迁的理论框架,提出社会(组织)制度的变迁起源于经济主体(包括个人与组织)的理性与规约其行为的制度的冲突,理性经济主体违约的机会主义行为以及由此引发的社会(组织)对惩罚与宽恕的选择决定了制度变迁的路径与特征。
This thesis apply the research method of the new institutional econom- ics on opportunism to the theory framework about social(organization)system change,and bring forward a important viewpoint:social(organization)system change comes of the conflict between the individual or organizational rational and the rules or regulations.That the opportunistic actions and the social(organization) choices owing to these kinds of opportunistic actions between the punishment and remission determine the path and character of system change.
