摘要
以"价值创造——制度结构——价值分配"为逻辑主线,本文旨在提供一个研究劳动价值理论、企业理论、收入分配理论的相关性分析框架。基本思路是:从界定"个人差异"与"劳动差异"作为假设前提的辩证关系入手,以"协同劳动"为分析的核心范畴,以"制度结构"为理论的逻辑中介,通过演绎劳动创造价值的全部逻辑路径,最后试图为价值分配设定形式化的解释体系。文章同时强调了理论模型的现代分析方法的综合运用。
The paper plans to provide an analysis framework relating the re- search of value theory of labor,enterprise theory and income distribution theory through the main line of logic:'value creation—institutional structure—value dis- tribution'.First,the author establishes the dialectical relationship between'in- dividual difference'and'labor difference'as the basic assumption and hypothe- sis.Then the paper deduces a complete logic path in which labors create value with the help of'Cooperation labor'as the core category of analysis and'institutional structure'as the logical medium of theory.Finally the author tries to set up a sys- tem of formalization explanation for the value distribution.The paper also emphasi- zes the synthetic use to modem analysis methodology of theoretical model.
