A Brief Account of Law and Economics

对法经济学发展历史的分析,无论是国外还是国内,都是不够充分的。鉴于此,本文试图从社会的经济政治状况、学科自身的传承发展等方面对法经济学的发生、发展进行一个比较系统的梳理。论文首先对法经济学的含义进行了厘清;其次,对法经济学发展的历史进行了阐述。最后,论文对法经济学发展进程中已经取得的成就和存在的不足做了分析。

Analysis of the history of Law and Economics is a little weak both in China and in the other countries.So the thesis tries to give a relatively systematical account of the history of the science mainly from two aspects.Firstly,the thesis explains the connotation of Law and Economics;Secondly,the thesis accounts the rising,developing of this science;Lastly,the thesis analyses the existing a- chievements and deficiency of this new rising science.
