企业所有权结构是不同生产要素所有者博弈均衡的结果,总是呈现不对称匹配的状态。本文从不同利益团体对各种类型企业所有权结构的互动选择机制出发,探讨基于共同利益诉求形成的利益团体在企业所有权结构调整过程中的作用。从利益结构角度看,国有企业的转型改革也会受到各个利益团体互动选择和权力博弈的影响。不对称匹配的所有权结构将带来收入分配差距扩大的结果。我们必须依据企业利益关系协调发展的客观要求,并依据利益兼容的原则,对企业所有权结构进行调整。

From the perspective of interest, reciprocal game and collective se- lection among interest groups may induce adjustment and reform the ownership structure of the firm,and thus the ownerships status of firm will change.In a tran- sition economy,it is possible that state owned enterprises' institutional change may be affected by actions of relevant interest groups,and some internal powerful interest group may dominate the firm's institutional reform.For the sake of objective requirements of coordinate improvement of the firm's interest relationships,we should follow the principles of compatible interests and positive sum game,and ad- just the structure of corporate ownerships.
