Since most nations depends on attracting vast investment in order to develop their economy,so each government should build appropriate pattern to en- courage the investment by the law to protect the interests respectively.The limited liability is the core of the modern company,but it has its own limitation.So we should take on its advantages by certain machinism instead of refusing it in develo- ping our economy.
