摘要
腐败不仅造成了巨额经济损失,也形成了严重的社会道德文化污染,腐败逐渐成为一种社会病,多项社会调查表明,腐败已经成为中国民众最为关心的议题之一。治理腐败要从制度上入手,本文尝试运用经济学的分析方法,对社会公众检举腐败的意愿和代价进行分析,从而得出有意义的结论和政策建议。
Currently,our country is in the most serious condition of corruption since P.R.C was founded.Corruption not only results in the huge economic loss, but also lead to pollute the social morale.So nowadays,corruption has already be- come one kind of social diseases.It's report that corruption has been the most high- lighted subject which the public frequently talks about.To solve the corruption problems,we should deal with the institution first.This paper tries to apply the economics ways to analyze the wills and costs for disclosing the corruption.At last, this paper concludes some meaningful results and the policy suggestions.
