Initial Conditions,Ownership Restructuring Speed and Unbalanced Regional Economic Increase

在借鉴新制度经济学有关研究成果的基础上,本文发展了一个用于区域经济非均衡增长的分析框架,将所有制结构调整速度作为一种制度变迁因素引入经济增长模型之中,形成了一个关于初始条件、所有制结构调整与区域经济非均衡增长的分析框架。并且用一步回归分析模型和二步回归分析模型,就所有制结构调整速度对区域经济的非均衡增长贡献进行了实证检验。结果表明,所有制结构调整对于区域经济非均衡增长来讲是内生的而不是外生的。

With reference to the new institutional economics,conclusions,and by introducing ownership restructuring speed into the economic development model as an element in the aspect of system,we have developed an analytical framework concerned with the initial conditions,ownership restructuring and unbalanced re- gional economic increase.Besides,through application of both the one-step and two-step regression analysis model,positive verification of the contributions of ownership restructuring speed to the unbalanced regional economic increase has been made,which shows that ownership restructuring is actually internal,rather than external to unbalanced regional economic increase.
