略论中国台湾地区“法和经济学”研究

Research on the Development of"Law and Economics"in Taiwan Region

本文简要描绘了"法和经济学"在中国台湾地区的引进和发展,分析其现状和存在的部分问题,并介绍了台湾中央大学管理学院产业经济研究所培养"法和经济学"的模式,提出了几点肤浅的看法,以期对"法和经济学"在中国良性发展提供参考。

This paper studies the development of Law And Economics in Taiwan Region and concludes some problems.It introduces the model of teaching Law And Economics in Industry Economics Research Institute of Management School of Tai- wan Central University and suggested some advices in order to improve the research of this field in China.
