浅谈法经济学的学科定位

Discussion about the Course Location of Law and Economics

随着法经济学在我国的兴起和发展,其学科地位越来越凸显。但是,关于法经济学学科定位的研究却是相对较少,有必要进一步研究。研究对象和范围、方法论、研究群体及相关学科间的界限是对一门学科进行定位时所应考虑的因素。无论从法经济学的学科发展历史、现状,还是它与制度经济学的关系来看,法经济学都是法学中的一个学科流派。

With its springing up and development in China,the law and eco- nomics as a course becomes more and more important.However,there are few studies about the location of this course. It is necessary to pursue further stud- ies.Referring to the location of one course,such factors as its objects,subjects, fields,methodology and the differences between it and other similar courses should be taken into consideration.Seen from its history and present situation or its rela- tionship with system economic,low and economics is one of the schools of legal science.
