加工型企业联结农户混合结构的治理——以缫丝企业为例

The Governance of the Hybrid Forms Between the Processing Firm and Farmers——A Study Based on a Filature Firm

利用交易成本经济学理论结合实地调研获得的案例,分析了加工型企业与农户的交易属性,指出目前大量存在的以合同为纽带的加工型企业联结农户的方式是一种混合结构。这种结构与交易属性是相匹配的,是一种有效的治理结构。混合结构需要不断面对稳定性问题,治理的关键是减少交易者的机会主义行为。加工企业对农户承诺保护价,投入资金,构建技术服务网络、管理网络,实行二次返利等都是对混合结构的治理。成功的治理使得公司与农户形成长期稳定的合作关系,加工企业获得了最大利润,农户也取得了最佳收益。

Based on a case study,this paper analyzes the nature of transaction between the processing firm and the farmers in the theory of Transaction Cost Eco- nomics.The hybrid forms match the nature of transaction,which is an effective governance structure.The hybrid forms needs to solve the problem of stabiliza- tion.The key to the governance is to reduce the opportunism between two par- ties.The actions of making a promise to the farmers on the price of purchasing,in- vesting,building service network on technology,managing the network,a second return of profit to farmers are the governance measures to the hybrid forms.The successful governance is to build long term cooperation between the processing firm and the farmers,maximize the processing firm's profit,optimal revenue to the farmers.
