Economic Transition,Institutions Deficiency and Corruption in Chinese Banking

中国当前正处于经济转轨时期,契约设计不合理导致银行业出现大量腐败问题,而银行业发展状况直接关系到整个国家经济发展,因此,对银行内部腐败问题的研究十分必要。本文在博弈理论框架下对银行内部腐败行为进行分析,并且提出了一系列政策建议。

China is in transition.Unreasonable contract design in the banking leads to massive corruption and the development of the banking is directly related to the entire country's economic development.So the study on corruption in the banking is very necessary.The paper analysizes the corruption in the banking in the framework of game theory and makes a series of recommendations.
