摘要
目的 :建立 EL ISA方法测定血清β- HCG及初步临床应用。方法 :以双抗体夹心 EL ISA方法测定血清β- HCG。结果 :β- HCG的线性范围为 :l～ 10μg/ L。参考值范围为 :1.5 2± 0 .5 1μg/ L。回收率为 :99.4± 3.4 %。批内变异为 :4 .8± 0 .7%。批间变异为 :6 .4± 0 .2 %。β- HCG与α- HCG的交叉反应小于 0 .7%。结论 :该方法准确性、特异性强 ,操作简便 ,适于临床常规应用。
Objective:To establish a enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for measuring free β-HCG and it's primary clinical application.Methods:free β-HCG in serum was measured by sandwich-type ELISA.Results:The linearity of methbod for free β-HCG was 1～10 μg/L. The refexence value range was l.52±0.51μg/ L. The analytical recovery for free β-HCG was.99.44±3.4%.The mean coefficients of variation for free β-HCG were 4.8±0.7% within-assay and 6.4±0.2% between-assay.The cross-reactivity Of β-HCG to α-HCG was less than 0.7%.Conclusion:The methods were accuracy, specificity and simplicity to operate. It is suitable for Clinical application.
