Stability of cultural characteristics, immunogenicity and virulence of serial passage of Aeromonas sobria Z-1 strain.

报道了温和气单胞菌 Aeromonas sobria Z- 1菌株连续传代培养特性、免疫原性及毒力的稳定性 .将 Z- 1菌株在营养琼脂培养基上连续传代至第 35代 [Z- 1(35 ) ],分别检测 Z- 1(1)、Z- 1(5 )、Z- 1(15 )、Z- 1(2 5 )和 Z- 1(35 )的培养特性、菌体抗原性及毒力 .结果表明 :连续传代至 35代 ,Z- 1菌株的培养特性、免疫原性及毒力没有显著差异 ;Z-

This present paper describes stability of cultural characteristics, immuno genicity and virulence of serial passage of Aeromonas sobria Z 1 strain isolated from soft shelled turtles. The Strain was serially subcultured for 35 generations on nutrient agar culture medium. The subcultures Z 1(1) ?Z 1(5) ?Z 1(15)?Z 1(25) and Z 1(35) were tested to evaluate the stability of culture characteristics, antigenicity of bacterium and virulence. The results showed that the biochemical characterization didn't change and the bacterium amount, hemolytic activity of extracellular products and virulence of serial passage of Aeromonas sobria Z 1 Strain and their antigenicities of bacterin showed no significant difference.
