Ki-67抗原在甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤中的表达及其意义

Ki-67 ANTIGEN EXPRESSION IN FOLLICULAR TUMOURS OF THE THYROID AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

目的 探讨Ki67抗原标记指数与良恶性甲状腺滤泡肿瘤间的关系。 方法 用免疫组织化学法检测44例常规福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的甲状腺滤泡肿瘤中的Ki67抗原的表达。 结果 Ki67抗原阳性细胞标记指数在滤泡癌(FC)和滤泡腺瘤(FA)中分别是400%±286%和061%±039%,滤泡癌与腺瘤之间有显著性差异(P<005),并和PCNA在甲状腺滤泡肿瘤中的表达呈明显正相关(r=079,P<001)。

PURPOSE To explore the relationship between the labelling index of Ki 67 antigen and follicular tumours of thethyroid.METHODS Expression of Ki 67 antigen in 44 thyroid follicular tumours specimens routinely fixed in formalin and embeded in paraffin were studied by immunohistochemical method.RESULTS The labelling index of Ki 67 antigen positrve cells in follicular carcinomas(FC) and follicularadenomas(FA) was 4.00%±2.86% and 0.61%±0 39% respectively.There was a statistically significant difference between FC and FA( P &lt;0 05). Expression of Ki 67 antigen was significantly related to the expression of PCNA(r=0 79, P &lt;0 01) CONCLUSIONS The examination of Ki 67 is valuable in the differential diagnosis of thyroid follicular tumours.
