MFP方案并健脾理气中药治疗中晚期肝癌

MFP REGIMEN COMBINED WITH JIANPI LIQI CHINESE HERBS FOR THE TREATMENT OF MIDDLE OR ADVANCED LIVER CANCER——ANALYSIS OF 242 CASES

目的 研究全身联合化疗与中药综合治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效。 方法 对1990年1月～1997年1月收治的242例中晚期肝癌随机分为两组:①MFP化疗组。②MFP化疗加健脾理气中药组。并作缓解率、生存率及毒副反应发生率比较。 结果 缓解率:MFP化疗组115%,配中药组508%。6月、1a、3a生存率MFP化疗组为227%、166%、43%,配中药组为546%、532%、187%,两组差异显著P<001。毒副反应发生率:在消化道反应、白细胞降低、肝肾功能损伤方面配中药组明显低于单纯化疗组(P<001或P<005)。

PURPOSE to study the effect of comprehensive chemotherapy in combination with Jianpi Liqi Chinese herbs in a randomized trial for the treatment of middle or advanced liver cancer.METHODS From Jancuary 1990 to January 1997,242 liver cancer pationts with middle advanced stage were randomly divided into two groups:(1)MFP group(MMC,5 FU,DDP).(2)MFP combined Jianpi Liqi group.RESULTS Symptomus,tumor remission rates were 11.5% in the MFP group and 50.8% in the combined group.The half,1 and 3 6 year survival rate in the MFP group were 22.7%,16.6% and 4.3% and 54.6%,53.2% and 18.7% in combined group respectively. A significant difference showed between two groups ( P &lt;0 01),side effects as digestive reactions,leucopenia and dysfunction of the liver and kidney were mild in the combined group ( P &lt;0 01 or P &lt;0 05)CONCLUSIONS MFP regimen combined with Jianpi Liqi herbs in an important method in treating middle or advanced liver cancer,which can achieve clinical remission and prolony surrival.
