165例Ⅲ_a期非小细胞肺癌以手术为主的综合治疗

SURGICAL COMBINED TREATMENT FOR 165 CASES OF NON SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER AT STAGE Ⅲa

目的 探讨晚期肺癌的疗效。 方法 165例Ⅲa期非小细胞肺癌以手术为主,配合化疗、放疗的综合治疗。 结果 165例以手术为主的综合治疗组与98例非手术组一、三、五年生存率比较,分别为679%、385%、238%和408%、125%、62%,前者明显高于后者,以手术为主的综合治疗组与非手术组一、三、五年生存率之间差异有显著性(P<0025)。 结论 Ⅲa期非小细胞肺癌病人应不失时机选择以手术为主的综合治疗。

PURPOSE To study the treatment effect of advanced stage lung cancer.METHODS The 165 cases of non small cell lung cancer at stage Ⅲ a were treated mainly by operation with combined treatment of chemotherapy, radiotherapy.RESULTS comparing the 165 cases received combined treatment with the 98 cases received without operation,after treatment, the 1 ,3 ,5 year survival rates were 67.9%,38.5%,23.8% and 40.8%,12.5%,6.2% respectively. The 1 ,3 ,5 year survival rates in combined treatment group was higher than those in non operation group and the 1 ,3 ,5 year survival rates between the two groups were much different ( P &lt;0 025). CONCLUSIONS The cases of non small cell lung cancer at stage Ⅲ a should be given combined treatmend without missing the opportunity. The radical cutting off operation for tumor can improve the treatment effect of advanced lung cancer.
