ProductionChina has 50 soda ash producers to-day(excluding the 2 producers underconstruction).The capacity of sodaash units was 13.0 million t/a in 2004,holding the second place in the worldonly next to the United States.Theoutput of soda ash accounts foraround 30% of the world total.
